Dear Frankie

"dear frankie"made me cry. entertainment weekly says "it's a Scottish weepie of such bathos and balderdash that it deserves a drinking game in its rotten honor", and i cannot disagree more. it's a tender, moving story. the poor boy who couldn't talk, spoke in such a way that is even more powerful than the strength of words. the single mother, the mute child, the stranger and the much help volunteered by friends who cared. the true definition of heartwarming is this film for it rendered me speechless, only with the sudden craving to write and spread the effect and impact of the show- to tell people to watch it. before this, i can hardly imagine the genius that is the film, that is "dear frankie".

i loved this movie.

watch it if you can.
