in a few more hours, it would be the end of the year of 2006. many people are out celebrating and i wonder in such inquisitiveness, that isnt the mere ushering of 2007 just another day yet. in name it may be that we are moving on into a new year, but what really does it change for us? do we change, just because it's a new year? i clearly remembered myself setting lots of new year resolutions for the year 2006, looking back, i have completed none of it. so, i ask myself again, does setting resolutions make a person work towards it? i think i set my resolutions because everyone was setting it and i asked myself, why not?

this time round, i think im not going to set myself any resolutions, i just want to work towards what i want to be and where i want to be in. im going to make myself a poster and stick it on my wall, to make me remember what i want to be and what im going to do to make it a reality and not let it remain a poster stuck onto my wall. 2006 has been a tough year for me, i think. not very pleasant, but nonetheless, i think i learned something out of all these adversities. not really very mature yet but still, i think i have learned to set my priorities right. still a little spoilt but i know when to stop acting like a brat and be and adult when the situation calls for it. there's o-levels next yr and i hope i'll make an effort to do well for it, i don't have any specific aims but all i hope is i won't let myself down. not like how i did this year...which really just flew past me in such surreptitious oblivion with my CCA, failing grades , wasted time on the PC all in tow. this time round, let me just finish my homework and not end up last in class again. i have 2 days to make this possible.

oh, just let me do something. someone kidnap my computer. 2007, doesn't matter anymore. it's today.
