master race?

after reading an article on wikipedia abt the holocaust, this question just strike me down. is there such a thing as a "master race"? can one race really be more superior than another based on skin colour? or more in depth, does skin color affects a person's intelligence or "purity" of character & personality? are black people neccessarily always bad people ? are white people always good people? i feel that the subjugation of races always begun with a person, or a specific group of organization that started off with the very selfish and often personal reasons to influence a mass audience to follow their own idea and notion of the superiority of a "master race" in order to manipulate and exploit the destruction and massacre of a whole race to achieve their own selfish aims. people that are often misled to believe in the whole notion concieved by the "master(s)" are usually aimless people drifting around and happened to get hooked onto this idea and use it as a cartharsis, as a platform to channel their energies into something to work towards and in this case- genocide.

i want to say, i dont knw what im talking abt. just felt like writing some reflections (;
