9 reasons why i love SINGAPORE

1) im in it =p
2) i dont need to ever worry about getting killed by a rocket.
3) i will never cite malnutrition as a cause of death
4) i get to study in a school.
5) my home's right HERE.
6) they are gonna build fibreoptic wires and wire up the whole nation to provide highspeed connections throughout the country.
7) we dont have riots.
8) they have GIRL GUIDES =D
9) my president's not george bush

yeah. time of the year to remind me how fortunate im to be a singaporean and not some poor israeli getting hit by a rocket.ehh, im by no means a patriotic person, thats because i do not believe in patriotism, damn i bet they dont even know whats my name, never am i going to lay down my life for the nation. haha. its the inclination towards the sancity of life that my parents have raised me up and well to believe in. anw, watched the parade on tv, pretty entertaining, so sad couldnt go down to watch it today. i've watched around 6 national day parades live @ the stadium so far...haha. i love the atmosphere and the goodiebag, but i hate the aftermath and the crowd dispersal part. sooo long and irritating. fireworks were good and long, watched them by sticking my head out of the window, thank goodness i stay where i stay in now, cos i get to view the NICEST fireworks every =D
